Three papers accepted at BMVC (British Machine Vision Conference)

We are proud to announce that four of our recent works were selected for publication in the proceedings of the 26th British Machine Vision Conference (BMVC) that will take place from the 7th to the 10th of September 2015. The innovative ideas presented in our works have undergone a strict double-blind review process and have been selected to be among the 185 works accepted at the conference.

As pointed out by the conference Program Chair (PC) members:
"A lot of effort was put into ensuring as robust a peer reviewing process as possible. Each paper was reviewed by 3 or 4 independent reviewers. In addition, every paper was handled by at least one experienced Area Chair who made independent assessments of your work based on the reviewers comments and their own understanding of the manuscript. As PCs, we have spent considerable time ensuring a consistent decision making process. All inconsistencies were discussed and all borderline cases have been looked at with particular care. This year we have received a record number of submissions. BMVC 2015 received 553 papers, which is 26% higher than previous record. We accepted 41 oral papers and 144 poster papers. The oral acceptance rate is 7% and the overall acceptance rate is 33%"
