    • Neurorobotics Platform (NRP) - web application: distributed content visualizations
      • the NRP offers multiple visualizations of a simulation: robot exterior + environment, robot brain, neuron spiketrains, ...
      • visualizations are already viewable from multiple browsers (or tabs) on different devices (tablets, ...) simultaneously
      • task: design and implement user interface and controls to access visualizations on different devices (all web-based), team effort
      • skills: HTML5, CSS, Javascript, THREE.js, Angular, Git/Gerrit, integrate into developer team

    • VR Interaction in simulation environment (NRP) - integrate the Myo wristband for user input

      • work: client-server Myo data transfer & processing
      • possible goals: robot "remote" control, VR interaction based on Myo data, processing of EMG/IMU data inside Neural Network (requires knowledge about Nest / Nengo / TensorFlow?), ...
