IFLFacilities

IFL consists in a 140 m2 lab, a 28 m2 conference room and a fully equipped mock-up operation room.

In particular, and starting from 2007, the facilities enable a full support for multidisciplinary research among different disciplines, providing infrastructure and equipment for translational and continuous projects

Robotic Systems of CAMP at IFL:

  • 2 x KUKA lightweight robotic arm
  • 1 x Univeral robot UR5 arm
  • 1 x Intuitive Surgical daVinci laparoscopic telemanipulator system

General Equipment of CAMP at IFL:

  • Ultrasound systems (Hitachi Avius, Ultrasonix RP)
  • Gamma probes and cameras including 2x SurgicEye declipseSPECT interventional SPECT systems
  • Tracking systems (Ascension EM, NDI EM & Optical, ART Optical)
  • RGB-D cameras (Kinect V1+V2)
  • Various RGB cameras
  • 3D printer (Ultimaker v2)
  • Various surgical instruments
  • Multi-modality phantoms and phantom construction setup (Gelatin-Ager with radioactivity)

General IFL infrastructure:

  • OR-lighting equipped wet-lab for cadaver studies and certified for radioactive tracers enabling studies directly in the laboratory
  • Kitchen for phantom design
  • Meeting area for discussions within groups
  • Conference room with teleconference systes for meetings within and among groups
