Develop and improve existing algorithms for:
  • automatically tracking stem cells in images,
  • automatic detection of mitosis events
  • identification of situations requiring manual input
with user-friendly interfaces for biologists

Data

Time-lapse microscopy data of mouse blood stem cells and/or mouse embryonic stem cells

Environment

You will have the opportunity to develop your project within a very interdisciplinary team, as the project will be jointly developed at the computational modeling in biology (CMB) institute at Helmholtz Zentrum and our Chair CAMP/TUM.
