This paper focuses on the development of mobile user-interfaces for disaster scenarios. We propose different concepts how unpredictable and unstable situations can be controlled with the use of adaptive mobile user interfaces. These concepts contribute to the development of more intuitive and adaptive mobile user-interfaces in disaster scenarios. Furthermore we identify possibilities for the improvement of existing mobile user-interfaces in more stable environments with less critical requirements. We point out how presentation of as much information as required and as little information as possible can be achieved by taking the current situation of the users into account. A specific view on the database is presented to each user individually depending on his current duties and responsibilities. In the health care domain different types of information are required by potential users, such as static, patient related and environmental information. The intention of this paper is to stress the importance of adequate mobile user-interfaces in health care applications and to propose how this demand can be met at the best. | ||
