Diffusion MRI tractography for neurosurgical planning

Abstract:
Prof. Descoteaux is director of the Sherbrooke Connectivity Imaging Laboratory (SCIL). The lab focuses on brain connectivity from state-of-the-art diffusion MRI acquisition, reconstruction, processing & visualization. The aim of the SCIL is to better understand anatomical connectivity between cortical regions and characterize white matter integrity.
