Abstract

The purpose of this project is to design and implement a mobile AR Application for the indoor exploration of a building. The mobile AR App should be used by visitors for the TUM CS department to be able to explore the building as well get some important information. A user study has also to be done to report about the intuitiveness, the acceptance and the usability of the APP.

Tasks:

  • Literature research
  • Understanding Mobile AR SDK
  • Understanding of 2DUI and 3DUI interface
  • Understanding of tracking.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of 2DUI and 3DUI interfaces
  • Good programming skills
  • Creativity
